InterAmerican Group actively pursues equity investment in middle market industrial or services companies. We are particularly interested in projects that have a cross border element or potential. InterAmerican Group will also consider providing funding for client projects if requested.

Investment projects are run through InterAmerican Capital Partners LLC (IACP) which provides proprietary equity capital for individual investments, as follows:

• Up to $3 million from the partners of InterAmerican Group
• Up to $25 million from strategic funding sources

The principals of InterAmerican Group, both individually and as a group (through IACP), have an extensive track record in private equity and cross-border investment.

Our most recent transaction was the syndicated acquisition of Wellington Cordage, the largest rope manufacturing company in North America.
